This policy explains how Wishique Studio handles information submitted through the order form.
Information we collect
We collect the customer name, contact number, recipient name, occasion, message, special requests, uploaded photos, bKash sender number, transaction ID and payment screenshot so we can process and verify the order.
How we use it
Information is used to communicate about your order, verify payment, and create the requested digital gift. We do not intentionally publish customer uploads on the public website.
Payment verification
Orders remain pending until an administrator checks the payment against the merchant's bKash account. Uploading a screenshot does not itself verify a payment.
Storage and retention
Order records and uploaded files are stored on the website hosting account. The site operator should restrict access, maintain backups securely and delete files when they are no longer needed. Do not upload highly sensitive information.
